• Favorite Charging Stations: Your selected favorite stations are stored on your device.
• App Settings: Your settings such as maximum distance, preference to show nearby stations, etc.

2.3. Usage Data

The App does not collect or track any personal usage data during operation.

3. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Finding Charging Stations: Using your location to find and display nearby charging stations.
• Route Calculation: Calculating routes between start and end points using Apple Mapkit API.
• User Experience: Remembering your favorite stations and preferences to provide you with a personalized experience.

4. Data Sharing

4.1. Third-Party Services

• Charging Station API: Charging station information is retrieved from a secure API. Only general station information is requested from this API; no personal data is sent.

4.2. Data Sharing

• Your personal data is not shared with any third parties.
• Your location data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted over the internet.
• In-app purchases are processed through Apple's StoreKit services.

5. Data Security

• All data is stored encrypted on your device (UserDefaults).
• Location data is used only within the app and is never transmitted to any server.
• Internet connection is used only for retrieving charging station lists and route calculation.

6. Data Retention

• Your location data and preferences are stored on your device.
• All data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
• You can manually clear your data by removing favorites from the app settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can access the data stored on your device.
• Right to Rectify: You can edit your favorites and settings within the app.
• Right to Erasure: You can delete all your data by uninstalling the app.
